In the context of the event, we may collect and process the following personal data:
(i) Participant Details:
- Primary data: First name, last name, UČО (university identity number), name of the institution, country, email address;
- Secondary data: Title, contact number, place of residence (off-university participants, for security measures).
(ii) Financial Information
- Payment card numbers or bank account details (used only to process event-related fees and invoices)
(iii) Dietary Preferences (if any) or Accessibility Requirements for necessary event logistics;
(iv) Event Photography:
- Photos and videos taken during MUNI MUN events may be used for promotional purposes, including social media, website content, and future event materials. Participants may opt out via registration forms or by reaching us out.
Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published or shared through this Application.
How Is Your Data Processed?
The processing of personal data is carried out using secure IT systems and follows organizational procedures strictly related to the purposes specified in this policy. We take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of personal data.

The Data is processed at the Owner's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in processing are located. Depending on the User's location, data transfers may involve transferring the User's Data to a country other than their own.

Advertising
This purpose enables the use of User Data for advertising purposes on Meta platforms.
None of Personal Data is used for advertising, and specific details regarding data usage and conditions are outlined by Privacy Policy.
Some services may use trackers to identify Users, facilitate behavioural retargeting, measure the effectiveness of advertising, generate analytics, or in case of any violations of the code of ethics during the registration period or during the conference, issue warnings with further consequences as defined by our Privacy Policy. MUNI MUN may use services such as:
