What is included in the Participation Fee?
All registered participants will receive:
- Two complimentary meals – Lunches on both Saturday and Sunday.
- Exclusive conference materials and MUNI MUN merchandise.
- Unlimited access – Full conference program and exciting social events.
What are the terms of participation?
By registering for MUNI MUN 2025, all participants consent to:
- Follow Masaryk University’s Code of Ethics and MUNI MUN’s Community Guidelines.
- Allow event photos to be used for promotional purposes, unless opting out. See our Personal Data Processing and Privacy Policy for more.
What is the Cancellation and Refund Policy?
- Full refund for cancellations before March 21, 2025
- 50% refund for cancellations until March 28, 2025
- NO refunds for cancellations after March 28, 2025
Who should I contact to get a refund?
If you wish to obtain a refund, open a claim with the appropriate tagline to masarykmun@gmail.com. Before making a request, please carefully read the Cancellation and Refund Policy on your registration form. When opening a claim, make sure you provide all the necessary evidence. This will make our job easier and shorten the reimbursement time.
What payment methods are accepted?
As regards the payment methods, the following are provided:
- Bank money transfer to the following bank details
- Raiffeisenbank a.s.
- IBAN: CZ 35 5500 0000 0012 2639 9004
- BIC/SWIFT: RZBCCZPP
- CZ: 1226399004/5500
- In the message section of the transaction make sure to include your initials alongside with MUNI MUN qualificative. In the case of a specific request feel free to contact us.
What follows after the payment?
By completing the registration, we usually ask you to secure your spot with an immediate payment. We take care of every organisational aspect, including issuing the invoice forthwith, and it is therefore important to confirm your participation right away. Otherwise, your spot can be re-assigned to priority-based students.
If you have not received the invoice after submitting the registration form, make sure to check your spam folder or contact masarykmun@gmail.com for help.
