In accordance with the wording of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), I hereby grant Masaryk University Model United Nations (MUNI MUN onward​), Joštova 218/10, 602 00, Brno, Czech Republic, consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes specified by our Privacy Policy.

I further declare and confirm that I have been informed and instructed by MUNI MUN about the possibility of exercising my rights as a data subject under the conditions set out in the legislation on the protection of personal data, namely the right to:

(i) to access personal data;

(ii) to correct or complete inaccurate or false personal data;

(iii) to erasure personal data if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed or if it is established that they have been unlawfully processed;

(iv) to restrict the processing of personal data;

(v) to data portability;

(vi) to object, after which the processing of personal data shall be terminated unless it is demonstrated that there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests of the data subject or his or her rights and freedoms, in particular, if the ground is the possible enforcement of legal claims;

(vii) lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

I am aware that I can withdraw this consent to the processing of my personal data, which is granted for a period of 1 year from the date of its granting, at any time. Further information about my rights and the processing of my personal data by MUNI MUN will be provided by our Operation Manager or any owner entities.
